RE: Investments, Inc. has been retained as the development advisor and exclusive agent for the sale of the Bartley Machine property located adjacent to the historic town center of Amesbury, Massachusetts. Carriage Hill Landing is a new development opportunity planned for this site. It is comprised of approximately 184 residential units, 10,000 sq feet of retail and 325 parking spaces on a total of 8.51 acres of land with over 600 feet of frontage along the Powow and Back Rivers. The existing property (land and buildings) is priced at $8,280,000.

Carriage Hill Landing is the keystone in the recently enacted "Lower Millyard Overlay District" that includes a new, mixed-use transportation center, the new Amesbury Carriage Museum and Visitor Center, extension of the Riverwalk and bike path. The plans illustrated in this offering fully comply with the regulations of the Overlay District.
